She is also well educated on the financial side of buying a house which was extremely helpful as this was our first time buying a house. Her knowledge on mortgages came to be so helpful that she picked up on things we wouldn't have while in the closing process that ended up saving us money and helped us along to a smooth and painless closing. I found Paula by circumstance as she was the realtor on a house I was interested in seeing. we instantly hit it off, and I could not have been happier with my decision. She listened to my needs, what I thought I wanted, and provided recommendations, all things a "good" realtor should do. What gives Paula five stars, however, is her ability to help you distill the information, help you as the client weigh pros and cons, and figure out what truly is the best home for you in your situation. Paula grew up in Doylestown so she knows every nook and cranny which was tremendously helpful for me. She was always prompt, available, and there to listen. She started as my realtor, and is now my friend.
Paula was terrific to work with as wel searched for a new home in a new area. She had all the information on the neighborhood that we needded- including the information we didn't know we needed! We enjoyed looking for houses with her, and quickly learned that she had a great feel for what houses were worthy of a visit or not. (When you only have a day or two to house-hunt, seeing only the best houses is important.). I have recommended her to others, and we've all had great experiences, buying or selling.
Paula was very helpful in the most stressed time in our lives selling our house. She always was available with any of our concerns and making us feel so much better during this process. Paula helped us out twice, first with finding a rental and then with buying our first home. She is very knowledgeable in the business and honest. She's easy to get a hold of and very responsive to questions, etc. She is very familiar with different towns and neighborhoods, which was helpful to us being new to the area.
