The Doylestown real estate market continued to stay red hot, completing the year with 246 homes sold, an average of 25 days on the market, and an average sales price of $661k. The average sales cost has increased 9.6% from 2020 to 2021.
New Hope & Solebury
New Hope & Solebury ended 2021 with 193 property sales and an average of 53 days on the market. The average sales price was $1.0M per home. Comparing 2020's average sales cost versus 2021's numbers, there has been a total increase of 3.8%.
Newtown
Newtown rounded out the year with 143 property sales with an average of 19 days on the market. The average sales price per home was $752k. Based on the past two years average sales numbers, the sales cost per home has increased 10.4%.
